Before you book.
How is my price calculated?
We pull your roof’s measurements from satellite imagery and multiply by the material you pick. Low-slope sections price as modified bitumen and very steep sections carry a small adder — both shown on your screen, never added after. Tear-off, disposal, underlayment, and cleanup are already in the number. Your estimate is the whole number — three things can adjust it at your free inspection: decking rot we find underneath (capped at $360 and photographed first), anything satellite imagery got wrong or out of date, and any question you answered “not sure” — which we confirm on-site. Nothing else moves. Locked for 30 days.
How soon can you start, and how long does it take?
Most inspections happen within a few days of booking, and the majority of homes in our area are re-roofed in a single day, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs may run into a second day — we’ll tell you exactly which before we schedule the work.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Terms depend on your situation, so we go over the options with you in person rather than guessing online.
What actually happens during the inspection?
We walk your roof, photograph the current condition, and confirm the satellite measurements in person. You get a free written quote based on what we find — no sales pressure, and no obligation to move forward.
What if you find extra damage after I book?
Your estimate is locked for 30 days. If the decking underneath needs repair, it’s billed at $45 per sheet — and we photograph every sheet before we touch anything, so you only ever pay for what’s genuinely there.
